“

“The story resonates in the soul. Grappling with change & challenge at work; in marriage, divorce, dating; in losing voice and regaining self-confidence; in choosing self first even when life feels like it is crushing you. A motivational true story that uplifts and energizes you to see the good in each moment--even the ones that are not so good.”

"The Evolution of Hummingbird is written with such raw honest truth. With each chapter the author reveals more about her Evolution. Whether you are 20 years old or 75 years old, the stories are relevant, speak to your soul and challenge you to see yourself and how you too are evolving. It's a must read!"

Carnitra White

“Any single woman who desires to be in a healthy relationship will be able to connect with this chapter. Moreover, women who want to hide their baggage but unpack their man’s will have a jaw dropping moment after your brother’s question of sharing the baggage we carry as women. I think of Erykah Badu’s song, Bag Lady, after reading this chapter.”

Stacy Gray

"The world hasn't changed, people have changed..."

This quote resonates with me in conversations I had with my own grandma in Mississippi who saw Obama run for office but never voted because of the many obstacles to voting. Now we have Texas restricting voting rights and SCOTUS sitting quiet. This chapter and book reminds us that we must stay woke and actively involved in local government.  No time to say what they did to us but to say look what we did for ourselves!"
